How do you make your blog look the way the one below does?
Example :: You link to all the different blogs.
But with a regular blog you see the topics and click on them. Any help?

this is kind of a nonsense question, but it seems to me that all they did was inserted some pictures from photobucket or whatever, and typed in some links.
