Is there any way or tweak to make a photo album only viewable by certain friends? I don't want all my friends to see my pictures just one of them, is there any way to do this?

I'm afraid not,you can either set your albums for everyone to see,just your friends or private.

could block the friends/friend.
i mean if you dont want them seeing the pics theres not much more point to having them.
if they have the block button removed they can get deleted.
but yeah there is no other way to get rid of specific friends looking at your photo(s)
