Problem with profile...code inside?

ok well on my profile, if you view it in IE almost half the page doesnt show up but if you view it in Firefox it looks completly fine. can you fix that? and also, i pasted the code for my layout below, which part represents the comment section? because i want my profile to show only half of my comments, it'll make my profile look much 'cleaner' so i want to edit the size of the comments. can you help me with those two problems? thanks in advance.

Problem with profile...code inside?

Part of the code is missing towards the top, it replaces a large line of characters with "..." which doesn't make the profile show up at all as far as I can tell. So if you change that I could help.
