And it said that i can tweak the layout to edit the profile to my likings. But everytime i click on it i cant figure out how to finish it or how to get the code! Can someone help me??

Going to the FreeCodeSource.com page, it appears that this is a profile generator...
To start, go through each tab on the top, from left to right... set each control to however you like... you'll see the effect of what you choose at the bottom window...
Eventually, you will make it to the last tab which is the "Get Code" tab. This has only a textbox control. Click the mouse pointer anywhere inside this box and press [CTRL]+[A] to select all the text inside. Then, press [CTRL]+[C] to copy the selected text to the clipboard.
Log on to MySpace... edit your Profile... click inside the About Me section of your profile and press [CTRL]+[V] to paste the code.
Save your profile...
